Sawa began her career in the acclaimed workroom of Stephen Jones Millinery, where she learned the skills necessary to express her ideas and bring her creations to life. Over the years Sawa Vaughters has worked in Tokyo, London and Los Angeles, bringing a unique style and flair to all her creations. 2007 saw the launch of SAWA VAUGHTERS in Tokyo. The goal of SAWA VAUGHTERS is create hats and accessories which will inspire and encourage, allowing anyone to express their inner creativity through fashion.
